Caña Linda is made from cane juice, planted in the cane fields of the Central Sugar Consortium, a solid product, crystallized, amber in color and totally soluble in water. It is used as a natural sweetener, in pastry shops, bakeries, in industrial processes and in the homes of Dominicans who prefer it.
