Cesar Iglesias celebrates “Legacy”

San Pedro de Macorís, February 21, 2025 – With the aim of honoring the commitment and dedication of his team, César Iglesias celebrated the first edition of “Legado”, a special event in which more than 300 collaborators with between 5 and 30 years of service in the organization were recognized.
In addition, on this special occasion, the Lifetime Achievement Award was given to four outstanding leaders of our organization: Luis Velásquez, Pablo Anasagásti, Francisco Liriano and Federico Castro. Their legacy, vision and leadership have been fundamental pillars in the growth and consolidation of César Iglesias, leaving a mark deep in our history and in the generations of collaborators who have had the privilege of working and learning alongside them.
One of the most emotional moments of the ceremony was the presentation of a video with the words of Eng. Miguel Feris, President of the Executive Committee, who highlighted the efforts of generations of collaborators who have made César Iglesias a leading company:
“Thousands and thousands of collaborators have made this company their home, their life project. Most of them from San Pedro de Macorís, with ingenuity, effort and determination, they have kept this organization alive for more than a century, facing challenges such as world wars, pandemics, economic and social crises, until becoming what we are today: national and regional leaders. You are the leaders, the veterans, those who have never given up. You are the example of dedication and persistence that defines us.”
For his part, Engineer Jesús Feris addressed those present, highlighting the value of each collaborator in the growth of the company: “We are quality people who progress, because we have quality people directing each of our production processes.”
