FIRST DOMINICAN COMPANY TO ISSUE SHARES

César Iglesias makes history again by becoming the first organization in the Dominican Republic to put its shares up for sale to the public, with the approval of the first program of ordinary issues in the stock market, after a rigorous process carried out by the Market Superintendence of Securities (SIMV).

This was achieved thanks to the result of a strategic renewal,
planned and executed during the last five years.

This issuance is the first of its kind in the country, making it a historic milestone for our industry and for the Dominican economy.

The placement of the shares will begin shortly with the traditional bell and they will be purchased through the responsible stock market stalls.
